Terms of Use

By downloading or using TUB IPTV (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. What TUB IPTV is — and is not

TUB IPTV is a media player only. It does not provide, host, sell, promote, distribute or include any TV channels, movies, series, playlists or other content of any kind. The App simply plays media from playlists (M3U links or Xtream Codes accounts) that you supply.

2. Your responsibility for content

  • You are solely responsible for the playlists and streams you load into the App.
  • You must ensure that you own the rights, or have obtained the necessary permissions, to access and view any content you play through the App.
  • Using the App to access copyrighted content without authorization is prohibited. We do not endorse or encourage any unauthorized use of copyrighted material.

3. TUB IPTV Pro (subscriptions and lifetime purchase)

  • The optional Pro upgrade removes ads and unlocks unlimited zapping. It is available as an auto-renewable weekly or monthly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
  • Purchases are processed by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.

4. Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertising provided by third parties (Google AdMob). Ads are removed with the Pro upgrade.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of third parties.

6. Disclaimer of warranty

The App is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that any particular stream will be available, play correctly, or remain accessible — availability of content depends entirely on your own providers.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including the content you choose to load into it.

8. Apple standard EULA

Where applicable, use of the App is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

In short: we do not operate any server, we do not create accounts, and your playlists and credentials never leave your device except to contact the providers you configure yourself. 1. Data stored on your device only Playlists and credentials — your M3U links and Xtream Codes username are stored locally; your Xtream password and parental-control PIN are stored encrypted in the iOS Keychain. They are never sent to us. Preferences — favorites, locked channels, playback positions, downloads and app settings are stored locally on your device. Deleting the App deletes this data. 2.
