Privacy Policy for TUB IPTV
📺 TUB IPTV
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information TUB IPTV (the “App”) handles and how. In short: we do not operate any server, we do not create accounts, and your playlists and credentials never leave your device except to contact the providers you configure yourself.
1. Data stored on your device only
- Playlists and credentials — your M3U links and Xtream Codes username are stored locally; your Xtream password and parental-control PIN are stored encrypted in the iOS Keychain. They are never sent to us.
- Preferences — favorites, locked channels, playback positions, downloads and app settings are stored locally on your device.
- Deleting the App deletes this data.
2. Network connections the App makes
- Your IPTV providers — the App connects directly to the playlist URLs and servers you configure, solely to load and play your content.
- Sports scores — the App fetches public match scores from ESPN's public API. No personal data is sent with these requests.
- Local network / Apple TV — pairing and casting between your iPhone and Apple TV use your local network only (Multipeer Connectivity). This data stays between your own devices and is not sent to the internet.
3. Advertising (free version)
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising identifier) and usage signals to serve and measure ads, as described in Google's Privacy Policy. On first launch, iOS asks for your permission (App Tracking Transparency); if you decline, ads are not personalized using your identifier. The Pro upgrade removes ads entirely.
4. Purchases
Pro subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed entirely by Apple. We never see or store your payment details.
5. What we do NOT do
- No user accounts, no registration.
- No server operated by us — we cannot see your playlists, your credentials or what you watch.
- No sale of personal data.
6. Children
The App is not directed at children. The built-in parental control (PIN lock) helps restrict access to channels you choose to lock.
7. Your rights
Since we hold no personal data about you on any server, requests for access or deletion generally concern data on your own device (delete the App) or third parties (Google, Apple) as described above. For any privacy question, contact us and we will help.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will reflect any change.
